This reminds me of one of my favorite Seinfeld episodes.
My form of recycling is throwing it all in one bag and hoping for the best.
I love the drawings! U.P.'s whole body just looks depressed in the last frame. And i think the evil IL guy may have burned LP's arm off with his cigarette!
Illinois and Michigan certainly have a lot to learn from one another. I like the story as told with many panels.
