Are you sure the 1986 Delorean had a speedometer at all? I thought they stopped making them in 1982 (I came across that while trying to find out if they were sold in Canada in which case the speedo would have had a higher number KPH instead of MPH).

You are correct 1981 and 1982 were the only two years they were produced. I'll talk to 3PMG about better fact checking...Regardless the Delorean did only have a speedometer that went to 85 MPH.
